| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清学检测在根除幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)疗效观察中的作用。方法:对72例慢性胃炎或消化性溃疡患者行抗Hp-IgG抗体血清学检测、病理学及快速尿素酶试验,并对Hp阳性患者采用三联疗法根除治疗。动态观察治疗前后血清抗Hp-IgG抗体水平变化。结果本组资料Hp根除率为85.9%,根除治疗成功患者疗程结束后血清抗Hp-IgG抗体水平均明显下降。结论:动态观察血清抗Hp-IgG抗体水平可作为一种评估根除治疗疗效指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of serologic test in Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy.Method72patients with peptic ulcer or gastritis were enrolled in the study.Serum samples from these patients were tested for specific IgG antibodies to Hp,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Gastric biopsy specimens obtained during endoscopy were used for pathological and rapid urease test.Patients with Hp infection received a one week standard triple therapy.IgG antibody titre determinations and endoscopy were performed before and after the therapy.Results Eradication rate of Hp was85.9%in this study.The antibody titres signifcantly decreased after eradication.Conclusion Decreasing IgG antibody titres can indicate Hp eradication. |
