急性脑卒中血糖谱变化的临床研究

目的:探讨200例急性脑卒中血糖谱变化的原因分析。方法:测定脑卒中急性期(1～2周)的血糖谱,包括每天空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛β细胞分泌胰岛素功能,必要时作葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)。结果:血糖谱变化与脑卒中的病情程度、病变部位、病变性质、病程时机等有一定相关性。结论:重症脑卒中,尤其蛛网膜下腔出血、颅内高压明显、脑干、间脑病变部位对血糖谱变化影响大;轻症脑卒中、非脑干和间脑病变部位未见有明显影响。

The clinical study on blood glucose spectrum changes of acute stroke

Objective To research the influencing factors of the blood glucose fluctuations in 200 patients with acute stroke.Methods To determinate the acute phase of stroke patients(1~2 weeks) glucose fluctuations,including the daily fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,insulin secretion from pancreatic β cell function and necessarily,observe the oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT).Results Related changes in blood glucose of stroke severity,lesion,duration timing.Conclusion Blood glucose fluctuations is significant on severe stroke,subarachnoid hemorrhage,severe intracranial hypertension,brainstem,diencephalon parts lesions;Thus,do not increase abnormal glucose tolerance tendencies on mild,non brainstem,and diencephalon site lesions of acute stroke.
