| 摘 要： | 目的:比较异甘草酸镁与甘草酸二铵治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的临床疗效。方法:选择CHB患者90例,分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组给予甘草酸二铵,观察组给予异甘草酸镁。结果:观察组总有效率(82.22%)高于对照组(62.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:异甘草酸镁治疗CHB的疗效优于甘草酸二铵。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB) clinical curative effect.Methods 90 cases of CHB patients,divided into the observation group and control group,45 cases each group.The control group was treated with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate,the observation group was given magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(82.22%) was higher than that of the control group(62.22%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the efficacy of diammonium glycyrrhizinate magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of CHB. |
