糖尿病孕妇和正常孕妇对护理需求的调查分析及对策

目的：调查分析妊娠合并糖尿病患者和正常孕妇的护理需求,探讨有效的护理方法。方法：采用调查问卷的方式,对48例妊娠合并糖尿病住院分娩患者及100例正常分娩孕妇进行问卷调查,对比其对疾病相关知识的需求、需学会的技能需求以及护理服务需求。结果：妊娠合并糖尿病患者对相关疾病知识要求极高,对应学会的技能、并发症的预防、护理效果、医疗环境、回访等要求较高。结论：对妊娠合并糖尿病患者必须加强宣教,传授相应医学技能,建立从院内到院外的一体化护理服务模式,减少糖尿病发生率,提高母婴安全。

Analysis on nursing requirement of diabetic pregnant women and normal pregnant women

Objective To analyze the nursing requirement of diabetic pregnant women and normal pregnant women,and explore the effective nursing methods.Method The survey questionnaire was applied.Total 48 pregnant women of diabetes and 100 normal pregnant women conducted a questionnaire survey for the existing problems,such as need for the related knowledge of the disease,need for technique and nursing need.The data were analyzed.Results Patients with diabetes had more need for knowledge of the related diseases,prevention of complications,the nursing effect,medical environment,and a return visit.Conclusion We should reinforce education for diabetic pregnant women,and teach related medical techniques,establish integrational nursing service model,low down the diabetes incidence,and improve maternal and child safety.
