隐裂牙综合治疗的临床效果分析

目的:观察147例患者153颗隐裂牙综合治疗的效果。方法:临床选择147例患者的153颗隐裂牙采取综合治疗方法,措施包括调合,充填,临时冠固定,牙髓根管治疗,全冠修复。本研究中有91颗隐裂牙行根管治疗后全冠修复,62个未行根管治疗,分为A,B两组,其中A组25颗仅作充填治疗,B组37颗充填治疗后行全冠修复。结果:采取综合治疗6个月复查有效率为98.00%,12个月复查有效率为88.03%。其中12个月复查A组有效率为68.00%,B组有效率为94.59%,A,B两组比较有显著性差异(2=5.95,P

The Clinical evaluation of comprehensive therapy on cracked- teeth

Objective To investigate the efficacy of comprehensive therapy on cracked - teeth. Method 153 cracked - teeth of 147 patients were selected in clinic. These teeth were treated by comprehensive therapy which concludes occlusal adjustment, root filling, reten- tion by temporary crown,rcot canal treatment and full crown restoration. 91 cracked - teeth were treated by root canal treatment and full crown restoration. In contrast ,62 cracked -teeth which were divided into group A and group B. The 25 teeth in group A were filled only, while 37 teeth in group B were filled and restored by full crown afterwards. Results The effective rate of the total teeth after 6 months was 98.00% ,however that after 12 months was 88.03%. After 12 months the effective rate of group A was 68： 00% and that of group B was 94. 59%. There were statistically significant differences between group A and B （X2 = 5.95, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Early diagnosis and comprehensive therapy are effective in reserving cracked - teeth. Full crown restoration is helpful in cracked - teeth treatment.
