| 摘 要： | 目的:分析非酒精性脂肪肝的临床特点。方法:对158例脂肪肝患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果:非酒精性脂肪肝117例,占脂肪肝总体的74.05%,肥胖症、糖尿病、高脂血症是其三个主要病因;非酒精性脂肪肝临床表现轻微,与心血管疾病关系密切。结论:非酒精性脂肪肝与机体的整体代谢调节密切相关,是代谢综合征的特征之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse clinical features of nonalcoholic fatty liver.Method Clinical data of 158patients with fatty liver were retrospectively analysed.Results There are117patient in the group of nonalcoholic fatty liver(74.05%),the three ma jor causes of it were obesity,diabetes,mellitus hyperlipidemia;clinical manifestations of nonalcoholic fatty liver were not serious and have close relationship with cardiac diseases.Conclusion Nonalcoholic fatty liver is one of features of metabolic syndrome.It was re lated to metabolic adjust of entire body. |
