硒酵母治疗桥本病100例分析

目的:观察分析硒酵母片用于治疗桥本病的疗效。方法:将203例桥本病患者随机分为治疗组100例和对照组103例,治疗组给予硒酵母片联合左旋甲状腺素钠治疗,对照组给予左旋甲状腺素钠治疗,疗程均为6个月。观察两组的临床疗效、安全性以及治疗前后的甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率98%,明显高于对照组的84.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的TPOAb、TSH水平均较治疗前降低,FT3、FT4水平较治疗前升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组间TPOAb、TSH、FT3、FT4水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硒酵母片用于桥本病的治疗能取得较好疗效,其联合左旋甲状腺素钠疗效优于单用后者,且安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Analysis of 100 cases of Hashimoto disease treated by selenium yeast

Objective To observe and analyse the effect of selenium yeast on Hashimoto disease. Methods 203 cases of Hashimoto disease were divided into treatment group（ 100 cases） and control group（ 103 cases） randomly. Treatment group were treat ed with selenium yeast combined with Levothyroxine. Control group were treated with Levothvroxine. Courses of two groups were 6 months. The clinical effects, security, and the TPOAb, TSH, FT3 , FT4 before and after treatmen of two, groups were compared. Results The effective rate（ 98% ） of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （ 84. 5% ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The TPOA.b and TSH after treatment of two groups were reduced. The FT3 ,FT4 after treatment of two groups were higher than before ,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Tile difference of TPOAb,TSH,FT3 ,FT4 of two group after treatment were statistically signifi- cani （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of hashimoto disease by Selenium yeast can get good clinical effect, and effect of Selenium yeast combined with Levothyroxine for hashimotog disease was better than Levothyroxine. It is worth to recommend.
