| 摘 要： | 目的：通过大鼠灌胃给予蛋氨酸复制高同型半胱氨酸血症动物模型，观察苦碟子对高同型半胱氨酸血症大鼠动脉病理变化和IL-8、MCP-1的影响。方法：Wistar雌性大鼠每天灌胃给予蛋氨酸0．75g／kg，10周／2次，复制高同型半胱氨酸血症动物模型。检测各组大鼠血浆同型半胱氨酸、白细胞介素-8、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1含量，组间比较t检验。结果：模型对照组大鼠灌胃给予蛋氨酸可诱发高同型半胱氨酸血症。血浆白细胞介素-8、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1含量升高，苦碟子干预组血浆白细胞介素-8、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1含量降低。结论：高蛋氨酸可诱发高同型半胱氨酸血症，引发动脉粥样硬化。苦碟子对高同型半胱氨酸血症诱发的动脉粥样硬化具有预防作用。

| Abstract: | Objective Duplicting the animal model of hyperhomcysteinemia(HHcy) by infusing methionine into the stomach of the rats, and to observe the effects of ixers sonchifolia hance on interleukin-8(IL-8)and monocyte chemotactic protein 1(MCP-1).Method Infusing methionine(0.75g/kg) into the stomach of Wister female rats twice a day for ten weeks,and the animal model of hyperhomcysteinemia was duplicated;ELISA means was used to detect plasma IL-8 and MCP-1.The t-test of comparing among groups had been made.Results Infusing methionine into the stomach of the rats in the model control group could induce HHcy,the content of IL-8 and MCP-1 in plasma showed ascendant,ixers sonchifolia hance interference could reduce the content of IL-8 and MCP-1 in plasma.Conclusion Hypermethionine may induce HHcy,ixers sonchifolia hance has provided protection against atherosclerosis induced by HHcy. |
