糖尿病肾病患者血液透析的护理干预

目的:探讨糖尿病肾病患者在实施血液透析的护理干预措施。方法:对接受血液透析的40例糖尿病肾病患者的护理资料进行分析和总结,包括:心理护理、血管通路的护理、并发症的护理、饮食护理等方面的内容。结果:病情明显得到好转的患者29例,因经济原因放弃治疗的患者5例,死于并发症的患者6例,没有出现静脉导管染感及穿刺部位感染的现象。结论:在对糖尿病肾病患者进行血液透析时,容易导致其他并发症的产生,依照患者的实际情况展开针对性的护理,不仅有利于患者主动的去接受和配合治疗,建立良好的护患关系,还可以对患者的生存质量进行有效地提高。

Nursing intervention for patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis

Objective Of patients with diabetic nephropathy in the implementation of the hemodialysis care interventions.Methods Analysis and summary of care information on 40 cases hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy,including:psychological care,the care of vascular access complications of care,dietary carecontents.Results The disease was improved in 29 patients,five cases of patients abandon the treatment due to economic reasons,6 patients died of complications did not appear the phenomenon of venous catheter dye flu and the puncture site infection.Conclusion In hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy,easily lead to the generation of other complications,in accordance with the actual situation of the patients with targeted care on not only good for patients to take the initiative to accept and cooperate with treatment,to establish a good nurse-patient relationship,you can alsoeffectively improve the quality of life of patients.
