| 摘 要： | 目的:观察早期乳腺癌保乳手术与改良根治术的临床效果。方法:选取42例早期乳腺癌手术治疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各21例,观察组采用早期乳腺癌保乳手术治疗,对照组采用改良根治术治疗。观察其生存率、复发率。结果:观察组的5年生存率高于对照组、复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期乳腺癌保乳手术治疗乳腺癌疗效确切,生存质量得到明显提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the early breast cancer modified radical mastectomy operation and clinical effect.Methods 42 cases of early breast cancer operation treated patients,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 21 cases in each group,the observation group was treated with breast-conserving operation treatment,control group using a modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of.To observe the survival rate,recurrence rate.Results In the study group,5 years survival rate,recurrence rate is higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early breast conserving operation for treatment of breast cancer curative effect,survival quality has been improved obviously. |
