法乐四联症术后心力衰竭的护理

目的 :减少法乐四联症病人术后心力衰竭的发生率。方法 :对法乐四联症根治术后的病人实施循环系统的监测 ,药物的使用 ,限制液体入量 ,氧气疗法 ,运动指导及提高睡眠质量六项护理措施。结果 :降低了法乐四联症病人术后心力衰竭的发生率 ,减少了病人的住院日数。结论 :通过实施积极有效的护理措施可以降低法乐四联症病人术后心力衰竭的发生率 ,对病人心衰起到预防的作用 ,取得了良好的临床效果。

Nursing of patients with heart failure after T.O.F operation

Objective To reduce the incidence of heart failure of postoperative patients who had suffered from Tetralogy Of Fallot.Method The author adopts six kinds of nursing measures to the patients who has been performed radical operation for Tetralogy Of Fallot,such as monitoring circulation system,medicine,restricting the intake of liquid,oxygen therapy,exercise instruction,and improving the quality of sleep.Results Using above methods,the incidence of heart failure of patients with Tetralogy Of Fallot has reduced and hospitalization days also has been decreased.Conclusion It is clearly that active and effective nursing measures are available to reduce the incidence of heart failure of postoperative patient who had suffered from tetralogy of fallot,and can help to prevent the occurrence of heart failure.In a word,these measures have gained good clinical effects.
