皮敏消胶囊联合西替利嗪片治疗慢性湿疹的疗效观察

目的:评价皮敏消胶囊联合西替利嗪片治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法:180例慢性湿疹患者分为A组、B组和C组各60例,A组患者口服皮敏消胶囊,3次/d,4片/次,西替利嗪片,1次/d,10 mg/次;B组口服西替利嗪片,1次/d,10 mg/次;C组患者口服皮敏消胶囊,3次/d,4片/次;三组患者均外用糠酸莫米松软膏,2次/d,连续治疗2周为1个疗程。结果:A组患者治疗后基愈率为50%、显效率为36.67%、进步率为10%、无效率为1.67%,有效率为86.67%;B组患者治疗后基愈率为40%、显效率为26.67%、进步率为30%、无效率为3.33%,有效率为66.67%;C组患者治疗后基愈率为38.33%、显效率为31.67%、进步率为25%、无效率为5%,有效率为70%。A组与B、C组疗效比较差异均有显著的统计学意义(Uc=4.065 5,P=0.043 8;Uc=4.102 7,P=0.042 8);B与C组疗效比较差异无显著的统计学意义(Uc=0.000 5,P=0.9823)两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:皮敏消胶囊联合西替利嗪片治疗慢性湿疹是安全的、有效的。

Clinical investigation of Chinese medicine Pin Min Xiao capsules combined with citirizine tablet in the treatment of patients with chronic eczema

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Chinese medicine Pin Min Xiao capsules combined with cetirizine tablet in the treatment of patients with chronic eczema.Method One hundred and eigty outpatients with chronic eczema were divided into A group,B group and C group randomly.Sixty patients in A group took Chinese medicine Pin Min Xiao capsules orally 4 slices one time,3 times one day,and took cetirizin tablet 10mg one time,1time one day.Sixty patients in B group took cetirizin table 10mg one time,1time one day.Sixty patients in C group took Pin Min Xiao capsules orally 4 slices one time,3 times one day.Mometasone furoate cream was used externally 2 times one day in 3 groups for 2 weeks.Results The results of A group after treatment showed that the cured rate,effective rate,improvement rate,no effect rate and total effect rate were 50 %,36.67%,10%,1.67% and86.67%,respectively.The results of B group after treatment showed that the cured rate,effective rate,improvement rate,no effect rate and total effect rate were 40%,26.67%,30%,3.33% and 66.67%,respectively.The results of C group after treatment showed that the cured rate,effective rate,improvement rate,no effect rate and total effect rate were 38.33%,31.67%,25%,5% and 70%,respectively.The effect rate in A group was significantly higher than that of B and C group(Uc=4.065 5,P=0.043 8;Uc= 4.102 7,P=0.042 8).The effect rate in B group was no statistical significant with C group(Uc=-0.000 5,P=0.982 3).Conclusion This investigation indicates that Chinese medicine Pin Min Xiao capsules combined with cetirizine tablet is an efficacy and safety therapy in the treatment of patient with chronic eczema.
