全厚皮片移植修复颜面部先天性巨痣19例临床分析

目的:观察应用全厚皮片移植技术修复颜面部先天性巨痣的效果。方法:2005年6月～2009年5月共收治各种颜面部巨痣患者19例,根据患者累及的面部器官不同,均采用全厚皮片移植修复巨痣切除后遗留的创面。结果:19例巨痣患者术后移植皮片全部成活,未出现局部皮片感染、坏死,术后随访时间5个月～4年,颜面部眼睑、眉、鼻、口唇等均未见明显牵拉变形、移位,周边瘢痕不明显,未见有皮片挛缩趋势,皮肤色泽及弹性接近创口周围正常皮肤,效果满意。结论:应用全厚皮片移植修复颜面部先天性巨痣具有简单、易行的优点,取得了良好的治疗效果。

Analysis on clinical effect of application of full thickness skin graft technique in repairing facial giant congenital melanocytic nevus in 19 patients

Objective To observe the effect of the application of the full thickness skin graft technique to repair facial giant congenital melanocytic nevus.Method Nineteen cases with facial giant congenital melanocytic nevus were treated in our deparment from June 2005 to May 2009.All the patients received full-thickness skin graft to fix the defect after excision of giant nevus,according to the different facial organs involved.Results The survival rate of the free skin graft was 100% .No infection and necrosis occurred after the operation.All the patients got good results followed up from 5 months to 4 years.Eyelids,eyebrows,nose,lips and other parts of the face had no significant disfiguration and displacement,no skin graft contracture occurred.In addition,skin color and elasticity were close to the normal skin around the wound.Conclusion The full thickness skin graft technique is a simple and easy method to fix the defect after excision of facial giant congenital melanocytic nevus.The results are pretty good.
