| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨匹多莫德口服液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者生活质量的影响。方法:设立匹多莫德治疗组与常规治疗组,比较两组在观察期间的圣乔治呼吸问卷评分、肺功能及外周血淋巴细胞亚群数目的变化。结果:匹多莫德治疗组呼吸问卷评分、肺功能、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+/CD8+高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:匹多莫德口服液用于COPD稳定期患者具有改善生活质量等作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of Pi do Maude oral liquid on the quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period.Methods The establishment of the Pi do Maude treatment group and routine treatment group,the number of score,pulmonary function and peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups during the observation of the St George＇s respiratory questionnaire to change.Results The Pi do Maude treatment group CD4＋/CDs＋ respiratory questionnaire,lung function,T lymphocyte subpopulation in peripheral blood was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Pi do Maude oral liquid has functions of improving quality of life for patients with stable COPD. |
