| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肌钙蛋白I(CTnI)在病毒性心肌炎(VMC)患儿血清中的变化及诊断价值。方法对62例VMC患儿血清CTnI进行动态检测,并与肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)作比较。结果:VMC组入院时初次采集的血样中CTnI、CK、CK-MB均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),动态检测VMC组各期异常率均高于CK、CK-MB,且ctnI升高持续时间可维持2-3周。结论:cTnI是诊断VMC的敏感指标,并能为临床医生提供较长的诊断时间窗口。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the measurement and clinical significance of Troponin I（CTnI） in children patients with viral myocarditis（VMC）.Method The serum CTnI level of 62 children patients with VMC was measured and compared with CK and CK-MB.Results All of the CTnI,CK,CK-MB were higher than the control group（P0.01）,and the CTnI was higher than CK or CK-MB,whereas the CTnI wa s in a high concentration within 2~3 weeks.Conclusion The CTnI is the most valuable index to diagnose VMC and it gives the longer time window for doctors to diagnose VMC. |
