| 摘 要： | 目的:观察急慢性肺栓塞的心脏超声心动图表现。方法:选择收治的急慢性肺栓塞住院患者36例,分析其超声心动图表现,包括右房、右室大小,左房、左室大小,肺动脉压力,肺动脉主干及分叉处有无血栓回声等指标。结果:急慢性肺栓塞患者均表现不同程度的肺动脉压力升高,慢性肺栓塞组右房、右室增大比急性肺栓塞组更为明显(P<0.05),检出率更高(P<0.01)。结论:急慢性肺栓塞患者的超声心动图表现不同,具有诊断价值。
