灵芝孢子粉提取物对甲醛所致小鼠免疫毒性的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨灵芝孢子粉提取物对甲醛所致小鼠免疫毒性的干预作用。方法:将昆明种雄性小鼠随机分成4组,每组10只,分别为阳性对照组,高、中和低剂量灵芝液组,各组每天先用10 mg/m3甲醛静态染毒2 h后,实验组分别以150、30和15 mg/(kg.d)剂量灵芝孢子粉提取物灌胃,阳性对照组以同等体积蒸馏水灌胃,持续染毒和灌胃14 d。检测各组小鼠免疫器官的脏器系数、巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清溶血素。结果:与阳性对照组比较,高、中、低剂量实验组小鼠脾脏和胸腺的脏器系数均升高,以高、中剂量组较明显;高、中、低剂量组小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清溶血素水平随着灵芝孢子粉提取物剂量的增加而逐渐增高,与阳性对照组比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:灵芝孢子粉提取物对甲醛所致小鼠免疫毒性有一定的拮抗作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the intervention of the extract of Ganoderma spores on immune toxicity of formaldehyde in rats.Method Adult male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 each,respectively,the positive control group,high dose,middle dose and low dose of Ganoderma lucidum fluid group,each group were given daily 10 mg/m3 formaldehyde solution 2 h of static exposure,the experimental group were respectively given dose of 150,30 and 15 mg/(kg·d),while the positive control group was given equal volume of distilled water(conversion factor 0.025 ml/g),exposure and gavage process lasted 14 d.Then detected the immune organs of the mice in each group of organ coefficient,macrophage phagocytosis and serum hemolysin.Results Compared with the positive control group,the high,medium and low doses of the experimental group of spleen and thymus organ coefficients were increased,and the high and middle dose group was more obvious;the high,medium and low dose mice macrophages phagocytosis and serum hemolysin levels were increased gradually with the dose of Ganoderma lucidum spore extract,and the differences with the positive control group were all significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The extract of Ganoderma lucidum spores has some antagonism on the immune toxicity of formaldehyde.
