雷公藤红素对体外培养变应性接触性皮炎小鼠淋巴细胞凋亡及Caspase-8表达的影响

摘    要:目的:为了探讨雷公藤红素对变应性接触性皮炎(ACD)小鼠体外培养淋巴细胞凋亡及Caspase-8表达的影响。方法:以二硝基氯苯制作ACD小鼠模型,体外培养淋巴细胞,雷公藤红素作用48 h后,采用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡及Caspase-8浓度。结果:不同浓度红素对体外培养ACD淋巴细胞凋亡细胞比率均高于对照组;其中中、高浓度组凋亡细胞比率高于低浓度组且具有统计学意义(P分别<0.05和0.01),对ACD淋巴细胞Caspase-8表达与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P分别<0.05和0.01)。结论:雷公藤红素可以通过升高ACD小鼠淋巴细胞内Caspase-8浓度,从而诱导淋巴细胞的凋亡。
