丙泊酚在无痛人工流产术中的应用

目的:探讨丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产术中的应用效果。方法:240例早孕妇女随机分为两组。一组人工流产术中应用丙泊酚,另一组用利多卡因,观察两组的镇痛效果、人工流产综合征发生率、宫口松弛情况及出血量。结果:丙泊酚组镇痛效果明显,与利多卡因组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)且苏醒早,术后血压、心率、呼吸无明显变化。出血量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:丙泊酚麻醉效果可靠,适合门诊无痛人工流产麻醉要求。

Application of propofol in painless induced abortion

Objective To explore the effect of propofol in painless induced abortion.Method Total 240 early pregnant women undegoing induced abortion were randomly allocated into two groups,venous injection of propofol as group A,and para-cervix block by lidocaine as group B.The analgesia effect,the rate of PAAS,the dilation of cervix and the bleeding volume were analyzed in the two groups.Results Group A had the characteristics of fast effect,significant pain relief,and early recovery,which were better than group B.There were no significant differences of other parameters in both groups.Conclusion Propofol is a reliable anesthesia,suitable for induced abortion.
