急性冠状动脉综合征患者血浆血栓调节蛋白、高敏C-反应蛋白水平的变化及其关系的研究

摘    要:目的:检测急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆血栓调节蛋白(TM)及高敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平的变化,以此探讨炎性反应和内皮功能损伤等因素是否参与ACS的发病及他们之间在ACS发病过程是否相互作用相互影响。方法:选择ACS患者32例,并选择非冠心病患者16例为对照组。所有入选者在调脂治疗前抽取静脉,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆TM及hsCRP的含量。结果:ACS患者血浆TM及hsCRP水平分别是(62.18±57.31)μg/dL及(125.85±67.53)ng/mL,均明显高于正常对照组患者血浆TM及hsCRP水平分别是(19.54±2.48)μg/dL和(28.68±17.35)ng/mL],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ACS患者血浆TM和hsCRP之间呈正相关(r=0.312,P=0.012),而对照组患者血浆TM和hsCRP之间无相关(r=0.003,P=0.992)。结论:ACS患者血浆TM和hsCRP均升高;炎性反应及内皮功能损伤参与了ACS的发病机制中,并且两者可能相互促进、相互影响。

Study of the changes and relationship of plasma thrombomodulin and high sensitive C-reactive protein in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Abstract:Objective To observed the changes of plasma thrombomodulin(TM) and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP) levels in the patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Through them to evaluate the relationships between ACS and inflammation,blood vessel endothelial dysfunction.Methods 32 patients with ACS were enrolled,16 normal persons were selected as a control group who excepted coronary heart disease through coronary arteriongraphy.All patients' blood plasma were collected by venipuncture in the morning before treatment.The levels of TM and hsCRP were measured by sandwich assay enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results The levels of TM and hsCRP in the patients with ACS were higher significantly than those in control group(62.18±57.31)μg/dL vs(19.54±2.48)μg/dL and(125.85±67.53) ng/mL vs(28.68±17.35)ng/mL respectively,P<0.01].And there were a positive correlation between TM and hsCRP values in the patients with ACS(r=0.312,P=0.012).But there were not a correlation between TM and hsCRP values in the control group's patients(r=0.003,P=0.992).Conclusion The levels of TM and hsCRP will be increase in the patients with ACS.There are a relationships between ACS and inflammation,blood vessel endothelial dysfunction and they can promote and influence each other in the pathogenesis of ACS.
