| 摘 要： | 目的:研究颈椎骨折患者手术中的麻醉处理过程。方法:对32例颈椎骨折的患者在手术中实施麻醉,包括头颈部固定,建立静脉通路,平稳实施麻醉诱导,使用糖皮质激素。结果:32例患者的手术和麻醉都获得了成功,经过术后的一段时间的治疗,有27例患者康复。结论:如果在颈椎骨折患者手术中实施恰当的麻醉方法,能有效降低患者的死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective Of surgery in patients with cervical spine fracture process of anesthesia.Methods 32 cases of cervical spine fracture patients for anesthesia during surgery,including head and neck fixed,the establishment of intravenous access,a smooth induction of anesthesia,the use of glucocorticoids.Results 32 patients of the surgery and anesthesia have been successful,after a period of time after treatment,27 patients recovered.Conclusion If patients with cervical spine fracture surgery in the implementation of appropriate anesthesia,can reduce mortality. |
