肱骨近端骨折60例临床治疗分析

目的:结合临床实践经验,开展肱骨近端骨折临床治疗分析。方法:采用回顾性研究,肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的患者60例为研究对象,将其临床治疗资料等搜集整理,采用Microsoft Excel建立数据库,运用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:术后愈合时间25～72周,平均(40.21±0.73)周,患者术后均达到骨折解剖或近似解剖复位,无神经血管损伤、内固定松动断裂、伤口感染等并发症。随访时间6～24个月,平均(12.34±0.89)个月,功能评定采用Neer评分,优秀52例(86.67%),满意5例(8.33%),不满意3例(5.00%),无失败病例。结论:采用锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折,疗效较好,可使患者的肩关节功能恢复理想,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical treatment of 60 cases with proximal humeral fractures

Objective To carry out the clinical treatment of proximal humeral fractures with clinical practice experience.Method Take a retrospective study,select 60 patients of proximal humeral fractures treated with locking proximal humerus plate,collect clinical data such as sorting,using Microsoft Excel to establish a database,using SPSS 13.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results Postoperative healing time was 25～72 weeks,the average of（40.21±0.73） weeks,patients got the anatomical or nearly anatomical reduction,no complications of neurovascular injury,fracture fixation loosening,wound infection.Followed up time was 6～24 months,the average of（12.34±0.89） months,the function was assessed using Neer score,good in 52 cases（86.67%）,satisfactory in 5 cases（8.33%）,unsatisfactory in 3 cases（5.00%）,no failure cases.Conclusion The effect of locking plate for treatment of proximal humerus fractures is good,which can restore good shoulder function,and is worthy of clinical application.
