| 摘 要： | 目的:观察雾化吸入能否缓解骨科全身麻醉术后患者口干、口渴、口唇干裂的痛苦。方法:选择骨科全身麻醉术后清醒的患者80例,随机分成两组,实验组患者40例,对其进行雾化吸入治疗,对照组患者40例,给予蒸馏水纱布(2层)覆盖口唇。结果:实验组患者比对照组患者口唇湿润,患者口干、口渴程度轻于对照组。结论:雾化吸入产生的微小雾滴能使患者口唇、口腔、呼吸道湿化,有缓解患者口干、口渴症状,并有湿润患者口唇的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe if the aerosol inhalation can release the suffering of orthopedic patients after general anesthesia,such as thirsty,mouth dry and chap of lips.Method Total 80 orthopedic patients were randomized divided into two groups,the experiment groups（40 patients） underwent aerosol inhalation therapy,and we just put wet gauze over the mouth of the control group（40 patients）.Results There is a significant suffering release in the experiment patients compared to the control group.Conclusion The micro-droplets of aerosol inhalation therapy can make the patients′ lips,mouth cavity and respiratory tract wet postoperatively,and also can release the symptoms of thirsty and dry mouth. |
