护理本科生专业观的调查分析

目的：了解护理本科生专业观的现状及其可能的个人、社会和专业本身的影响因素，以便有的放矢地教育和引导学生树立正确的专业观。方法：采用不记名调查问卷对某院02级59名护理本科生从入学志愿选择、对护士态度、护理发展、护士角色等方面进行较为深入的了解和分析。结果：虽然有45．8％的学生入学志愿选择护理专业，其选择动机确带有很大的盲目性，37％是出自家长意见，出自个人理想的只有14．8％。进一步调查发现只有33．9％的学生愿意终身从事护理行业，究其原因主要是护士社会地位低下，而经过3个月的临床实习使近半数的学生降低了对护理的热情。结论：只有具备了良好专业心态的人才能脚踏实地地深入护理实践，专业观教育任重道远，教书更重育人，临床实习的短暂加强了学生专业观消极性的现象应受到重视。

Investigation on professional view of nursing undergraduate

Objective To find out the current state of professional view in nursing undergraduate and the possible influential factors of personal,society and profession,so that we can effectively educate and guide the student to set up the right professional view.Method We adopted a kind of anonymous inquisition questionnaire as a method and investigated 59 nursing undergraduate students in grade 2002 on the wish of entering college,the attitude towards the nurses,the development of nursing and nursing role etc,and made a deep understand and analyzed the results.Results Although 45.8% of students chose nursing as their specialty,their motive had so much blindness in it,that 37% of them came from their parents' mind and only 14.8% were from their owe will.Further investigation indicated that only 33.9% of students were willing to be engage in nursing in their whole life,the low social position was the main reason,and more than half of the students' enthusiasm lowed through 3 months' clinical practice.Conclusion Only the person who has good profession attitude can do nursing earnest and down to earth,the education of the professional view is shoulder heavy,the phenomenon that the clinical practice strengthens the students' negative professional view should be taken seriously.
