摘    要:目的:随着社会模式和护理模式的改变培养护理人员具有更高的能力和素质。方法:通过制定培养方案完成高质量的护理教育是培养合格护理人才,并应用评判性思维能力作为评价护生专业能力的重要标准。结果:通过改变课程设置(课程多样化、教学方法多样化、人文渗透)和实践(社区实践、临床实习)两个方面的培养方案改革效果已经在护理本科生的教学和实习中逐步体现,对于评判性思维能力的提高确实具有一定的作用。结论:为了提高学生的评判性思维能力,借鉴国内外的护理院校积极调整培养方案,以期培养优秀的护理人才。

Study on the effect of training program reform on critical thinking of nursing student

Abstract:Objective The change of social and nursing model requires more about ability and quality in nursing area.Method High quality of nursing education was the key to cultivate qualified nursing person by developing training programs.The critical thinking is an important standard for evaluating the professional competence of nursing students.Results Training program was degigned to improve by changing the curriculum(curriculum diversification.diversification of teaching methods cultural penetration) and practical aspects(communities of practice.clinical practice) The effect of training program feform had already been reflected in nursing undergraduate teaching and practice gradually.It had a role in improving critical thinking ability.Conclusion In order to improve student's critical thinking ability,training program is ddjusted by learning care institutions from home and abroad.It can train outstanding nursing personnel.
