丙泊酚联合小剂量氯胺酮用于无痛人流的临床观察

目的:通过丙泊酚联合小剂量氯胺酮用于无痛人流的临床观察,评价其麻醉安全性和实用性。方法:将自愿要求无痛人流的早孕患者120例随机平分两组:丙泊酚组(P组),丙泊酚+氯胺酮组(K组),麻醉后观察并记录两组患者的丙泊酚用量、麻醉效果、苏醒时间、术中不良反应及生命体征。结果:K组丙泊酚的用量明显小于P组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);K组的麻醉效果好于P组,两组的苏醒时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术中均无明显不良反应。K组的生命体征比P组更为平稳。结论:丙泊酚联合小剂量氯胺酮用于无痛人流是一种安全、实用的麻醉方法,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of propofol combined with low - dose ketamine in painless induced abortion

Objective To assess the safety and availability of painless induced abortion through the clinical observation of artificial abortion using propofol combined with low-dose ketamine.Method 120 pregnant women who volunteered to stop gestation were randomly divided into P（propofol） and K（propofol combined with ketamine） groups.After hocusing,to observe and record the propofol dosage,anesthetic effect,revival time,intraoperative adverse reaction and vital signs of two groups.Results Propofol dosage of K group was less than P group（P 0.05）;Anesthetic effect of K group was more excellent than P group;the revival time of two groups was no obvious difference（P 0.05） and there was no obvious adverse reaction in two groups induced abortion;The hemodynamic influence of K group was more stable than P group.Conclusion Propofol combined with low-dose ketamine in painless induced abortion is a kind of safe and practical anaesthesias method,It is worthy of using widely.
