| 摘 要： | 目的:评估盐酸氮卓斯汀喷鼻剂(爱赛平)在治疗变应性鼻炎中的临床疗效观察。方法:70例吸烟患者随机分为两组:治疗组35例,对照组35例。治疗组使用爱赛平喷鼻剂喷鼻,对照组服用口服地氯雷他定分散片,分别治疗2周。对变应性鼻炎四症项状鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕、打喷嚏进行疗效评估。结果:治疗组疗效为85.7%,对照组疗效为71.4%。结论:盐酸氮卓斯汀喷鼻剂治疗吸烟的变应性鼻炎患者有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray（Azep） in the treatment of allergic rhinit.Method 70 allergic rhinitis smoking patients were divided into treatment group（35） and control group（35） randomly.The treatment group takes Azep nasal spray;the other group takes Desloratadine dispersible tablets.Respectively appraise symptoms at 2 week.Results In treatment group,the cure effective rate at 2 week was 85.7%,the control group＇s was 71.4%.Conclusion Azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray has good cure effect on allergic rhinitis. |
