腹腔镜胆道探查取石术可行性分析研究

目的:分析研究腹腔镜胆道探查取石术可行性。方法:回顾性分析24例行腹腔镜胆道探查取石术的患者的临床资料和手术效果。结果:24例行腹腔镜下胆囊切除和胆总管切开取石T管引流术的患者所用手术时间为1～2.5 h,住院时间为7～14 d,没有发生术后并发症。结论:腹腔镜胆道探查取石术在技术上是安全可行的,具有较少的较短的手术时间和住院时间、较快的恢复速度及较少的术后并发症等,治疗效果良好,值得在临床广为推广。

The Feasibility of Laparoscopic Common bBile Duct Exploration Lithotomy

Objective To analyze the feasibility of laparoscopic bile duct exploration lithotomy.Methods Review of clinical data and operation effect of 24 cases of patients with laparoscopic biliary duct exploration.Results Of the 24 cases of patients who were given the laparoscopic cholecystectomy and common bile duct stone extraction with T tube drainage,the operative time was 1 to 2.5 hours,the length of hospital stay was 7 to 14 days,and there was no postoperative complications occured.Conclusion Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration lithotripsy is technically feasible and safe,with fewer operative time and shorter hospital stay,faster recovery speed and fewer postoperative complications,the treatment effect is good,it deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.
