| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医联合鼻腔冲洗治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选择70例过敏性鼻炎患者,分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗,观察组在盐酸西替利嗪滴剂的基础上给予中药口服并联合鼻腔冲洗治疗。结果:观察组总有效率(88.57%)优于对照组(68.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医联合鼻腔冲洗治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with nasal irrigation clinical curative effect of the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis.Metbods 70 cases of allergic rhinitis patients,divided into the control group and the observation group,35 cases each group.The control group was given cetirizine dihydrochloride oral drops treatment,observation group in the west of cetirizinehydrochloride drops to traditional Chinese medicine oral and nasal irrigation treatment.Results The observation group the total effective rate was 88.57% higher than 68.57% in control group,the difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect is good about traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with nasal lavage for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. |
