脑出血偏瘫患者的护理

目的:总结脑出血偏瘫患者的护理经验。方法:对180脑出血偏瘫患者急性期防止进一步出血,恢复期加强康复锻炼,并兼顾心理护理。结果:180例患者因经济原因自动出院1例,86例恢复正常生活与工作,77例生活能自理,14例生活不能自理,2例植物生存。结论:脑出血偏瘫患者有效的护理是提高患者生活质量,降低死亡率和致残率的关键。

Care of patients with hemiplegia cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To summarize the care experience of patients with hemiplegia cerebral hemorrhage.Method For 180 patients with hemiplegia cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital,prevent further bleeding in acute phase,strengthen rehabilitation exercises in recovery phase,and taking into account the psychological care.Results The group of patients,1 of them discharged because of economic reasons,86 of them return normal life and work,77 of them live independently,14 of them can′t take care of themselves,and 2 of them are in a vegetative state.Conclusion For hemiplegia cerebral hemorrhage,effective care is the key to improve the quality of life and reduce mortality and morbidity.
