人工股骨头置换与人工全髋置换术治疗老年人股骨颈骨折的疗效比较

目的:比较人工股骨头置换术和全髋关节置换术治疗老年人股骨颈骨折的效果。方法:将1995年2月～2004年2月在我院治疗的68例60岁以上股骨颈骨头下型或经颈型骨折病例,28例采用人工股骨头置换术,40例采用全髋关节置换术,比较两种方法治疗老年人股骨颈骨折的疗效。结果:2组病人经过平均5年2个月随访,人工股骨头置换术中远期的并发症和再手术率高,全髋关节置换术,髋关节功能优良率高。结论:人工股骨头置换适用于高龄身体情况差的患者,而人工全髋关节置换适用于体质较好的,高龄股骨颈骨折患者。

Comparison of curative effect between manual thighbone and entire hip replacement operation to treat elderly patients with femoralneck fracture

Objective To study on curative effect on femoral neck fracture in elderly patients manual thighbone head and entire hip replacement operation. Method Curative effect were comparison for 68 ptients over 60 year old with neck born below type or neck born type fracture,in which 28 cases for annual thighbone replacement and 40 cases for entire hip replacement operated from February 1995 to February 2004. Results Two groups of patients are interviewed for 1~5 years and two month averagely. The annual thighbone replacement is higher for medium and long term of the complication,and reoperation rate, the entire hip joint replacement rate operation and its joint function excellent rate are higher. Conclusion The annual thighbone replacement is suitable for elderly patients with worse health, but the manual entire hip joint replacement is suitable for better health and elderly patients sufferedd from thighbone and neck born fracture.
