在临床实习中注重培养护生的健康教育能力

目的:针对临床实习护生健康教育认知和能力存在的问题,采取相应的对策,培养临床实习护生健康教育能力。方法:对在我科进行临床实习的护生进行健康教育能力的培训。结果:护生健康教育的知识和能力不足。结论:代教老师应该使护生认识到健康教育的重要性,掌握健康教育相关理论知识和技能。

Paying attention to training healthy education ability of nursing students in clinical practice

Objective To aim at the problem of the perceiving and ability to the healthy education of the nursing students in clinical practice,take corresponding measures and train the capability of the healthy education of the nursing students.Method To train the capability of the nursing students in orthopedics.Results The nursing students is lack of the knowledge and ability about the healthy education.Conclusion The teachers should enable nursing students to understand the importance of healthy education and master the theory of corresponding knowledge and skills.
