运用需要论护理蛛网膜下腔出血患者的体会

目的:总结蛛网膜下腔出血患者的护理经验。方法:对88例蛛网膜下腔出血患者护理过程中,运用马斯洛的人类需要层次理论进行分层次护理。结果:88例患者中,76例痊愈,4例好转,6例自动停止治疗护理,2例因病情危重死亡。结论:运用马斯洛的人类需要层次理论护理蛛网膜下腔出血患者,有助于缓解其恐惧、紧张心理,心理舒适感增加,住院时间减少,医疗费用降低,生存质量提高。

Experience of nursing subarachnoid hemorrhage patients with Hierarchy of Need Theory

Objective To sum up the experience of nursing subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) patients. Method 88 cases with SAH had been taken care of with Maslow's Hierarchy of Need Theory. Results76 cases recovered, 4 got better, 6 gave up being nursed voluntarily, only 2 died because of serious disease. Conclusion Nursing SAH patients with Maslow's Hierarchy of Need Theory can ease their mental fear, reduce inhospital duration and costs of medical care, also improve their living quality.
