| 摘 要： | 目的:观察LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂的效果。方法:对门诊385例中、重度宫颈糜烂患者进行宫颈LEEP治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:385例患者中,术后3个月治愈382例(99%),手术时间10~15min(平均12min),术中出血量5~75ml。结论:LEEP刀手术时间短,出血少,疗效确切,无近期并发症,对宫颈糜烂是一种快速、安全、有效的治疗方法,值得推广,但对病理分析的准确性有一定影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutical effect of cervical erosion treated with LEEP bistoury. Method LEEP bistoury was performed on 385 cases with mild or severe cervical erosion, and the effects was observed. Results The cure ratio achieved 99%. OPS time limited within 10 - 15 rain （average 12 rain）. H aemorrhage was less than 75 ml for OPS. Conclusion LEEP bistoury is a rapid, safe, effective ireating method towards cervical erosion. There also exists some impacts to pathological accuracy. |
