一期切除吻合术治疗左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻疗效观察

目的:讨论一期切除吻合术治疗左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻的疗效。方法:回顾分析82例左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的病例资料。结果:选择条件适合者56例行一期切除吻合术,术中行顺行性肠道灌洗减压,术后切口感染4例,无吻合口瘘发生,无手术死亡病例。结论:左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻的治疗,经过术中选择符合条件的患者行一期切除吻合术治疗是安全可行的,术中肠道灌洗易于掌握,对手术的安全和减少术后并发症非常重要。

One-stage resection and primary anastomosis for acute obstruction resulting from left colon carcinoma

Objective To investigate the strategy for emergency management of acute obstraction resulting from left colon carcinoma.Method The clinical data of 82 cases with acute obstruction resulting from colon carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results One-stage resection and primary anastomosis were performed on 56 cases,wound infection occurred in 4 cases as a surgical complication and no anastomotic leakage appeared,there was no surgical death in the cases.Conclusion For the emergency management of acute obstruction resulting from left colon carcinoma,one-stage resection and primary anastomosis is feasible and safe in selected cases.Decompression and decontamination by transanal jleus tube is an effective complement for one-stage resection and primary anastomosis.
