| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨侧脑室腹腔分流术并发症的原因及防治方法。方法：回顾2003年2月-2007年8月间105例行侧脑室腹腔分流术患者，出现并发症13例，结合文献进行分析。结果：感染4例，分流管堵塞7例，分流过度1例，癫痫1例。结论：熟练准确的手术操作，以及围手术期的认真处理，能降低手术并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the reason, prevention and treatment of the complications of ventriculo-peritonal shunt operation. Method For 105 cases underwent ventriculo-peritonal shunt operation. from Feb.2003 to Aug.2007 were analysed retrospectively, and 13 cases had complications, and literatures was reviewed.Results Four cases got infection, 7 got tube blocked, 1 of exceeding shut, and 1 of epilepsy.Conclusion Strict handling invasive surgical procedure,and more attend the perioperative treatment of the patients can prevente compliccations. |
