不同手术入路对复杂胫骨平台骨折疗效的影响

目的:探讨不同手术入路对复杂胫骨平台骨折疗效的影响。方法:选择复杂胫骨平台骨折患者70例,采用膝正中入路与采用双切口入路的各35例,全部采用双钢板固定及术中充分植骨。结果:膝正中入路组有8例发生伤口感染及6例皮瓣坏死;双切口入路组有2例发生了伤口感染。膝正中入路组优良率不及双切口入路组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折,双切口入路组优于膝正中入路组,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the different surgical approaches for complex tibial plateau fractures impact.Methods The complex tibial plateau fractures 70 patients,the use of knee midline incision with the use of the double in 35 cases,all with dual plate fixation and bone graft surgery in full.Results The knee midline group,8 cases of wound infection and 6 cases of flap necrosis;two-incision group and 2 cases of wound infection.Knee midline group good rate of less than two-incision group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures,two-incision group than the knee midline group,worthy of clinical application.
