| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨十二指肠雍积症(duodenal stasis)并发Wernicke脑病的病因、诊断及治疗。方法:回顾性分析我院1999年1月至2009年12月11例十二指肠雍积症并发Wernicke脑病(Wernicke encephalopathy,WE)的临床资料。结果:在十二指肠雍积症发病及治疗过程中可并发WE,主要为长期进食障碍导致维生素B1缺乏有关,临床表现除典型的十二指肠雍积症症状外,还表现为眼肌麻痹、共济失调、精神异常之WE三联征,头颅MRI有特异性信号改变,及时给予维生素B1治疗者预后多良好。结论:提高对十二指肠雍积症并发WE的认识,有利于早诊断、早干预,有助于改善患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of Wernicke encephalopathy(WE) with duodenal stasis.Method:A retrospective study was conducted on 11 cases of clinical data about WE with duodenal stasis.Results:WE may happen among patients of duodenal stasis due to the deficiency of thiamine which because of prandial disorder.Besides,Patients with WE exhibit the characteristic clinical triad of ophthalmoplegia,ataxia,and mental anomaly. Most patients might own a good recovery with early prognosis... |
