| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the expressions of T cells receptor （TCR） Vβsubfamily and memory T cells of peripheral blood T ceils and pleural effusion tumor infiltrating lymphocytes （TIL）in patients with lung cancer. Methods T cells were isolated from lung cancer patients and healthy individuals. Then the expressions of TCR Vbeta 24 subfamilies、 CD45RO and CD28 were detected using the flow eytometry method （FCM）. Results The TCR V~subfamily expression of peripheral T cells show higher Vβ3 （ 11/43 ） Vβ9 （ 12/43 ） 、Vβ313.2 （ 7/43 ） in 43 patients with lung cancer; pleural effusion TIL show higher Vβ3 （ 5/ 15） 、Vβ9（3/15）、Vβ21.3 （3/15）in 15 patients with lung cancer; the memory T cells expression of lung cancer patients （ 29/35 ） are more than healthy individuals （ 4/35 ） （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Selective expression exists in the TCR Vbeta subfamily of lung cancer patients, T cells are primary memory T lymphocytes in lung cancer patients. We can speculate that some T cells of high expression TCR Vbeta subfamily may be the memory T cells. |
