摘    要:目的研究冰片对5-羟色氨酸(5-HTP)抗抑郁作用的影响。方法采用小鼠悬尾试验、大鼠强迫游泳试验,以动物不动的失望时间为指标;采用利血平致小鼠抑郁模型,以眼睑下垂程度和体温为观察指标,评价冰片对5-羟色氨酸抗抑郁作用的影响。结果冰片可加强5-HTP缩短悬尾及强迫游泳试验中的失望时间;可增强5-HTP对抗由利血平所致的小鼠眼睑下垂和体温下降。结论冰片可增强5-HTP的抗抑郁作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the role of Borneol in enhancing antidepressant effects of 5-hydroxytryptophane(5-HTP).Methods Mouse tail suspension test,rat forced swimming test and reserpine-induced mouse depression model were used to evaluate the role of borneol in enhancing antidepressant effects of 5-hydroxytryptophane(5-HTP).Results Borneol significantly enhanced the effects of 5-HTP to shorten disappointment time in mouse tail suspension test and rat force swimming test and to antagonize the ptosis,hypothermia in mice induced by reserpine.Conclusion Borneol enhances antidepressant effects of 5-hydroxytryptophane.
