| 摘 要： | 目的探讨奇丹颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿等急慢性炎症模型以及乙酸所致毛细血管通透性增高实验;热板法、乙酸诱导小鼠疼痛反应以及缩宫素所致实验性痛经模型,观察奇丹颗粒的抗炎镇痛作用。结果奇丹颗粒能明显抑制乙酸和热刺激所致的小鼠疼痛反应;对缩宫素所致实验性痛经小鼠具有良好的镇痛作用,对乙酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高以及大鼠角叉菜胶足趾肿胀、二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿等急慢性炎症模型均有明显抑制作用。结论奇丹颗粒具有良好的抗炎镇痛作用,这些药理作用为其临床治疗子宫内膜异位症提供了实验依据。
