| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of clenbuterol in plasma and tissue（muscle,liver,kidney）.Methods ODS C18（150 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm）was used at 25 ℃,with the mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol·L^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol（65∶35） at a rate of 1 mL·min^-1 and 243 nm as detected wavelength.0.5%（ρ）metaphosphoric acid solution-methanol（80∶20） was used to extract the sample.Results It showed good linearity in the range of 0.005～2.5 μg·mL^-1（r=0.999 2）and the average recovery was 81%,RSD=1.370%（n=6）,the limit of detection was 0.005 μg·g-1.Conclusion The method is accurate,sensitive,reproducible and suitable for the laboratory check of clenbuterol. |
