Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of clenbuterol in plasma and tissue(muscle,liver,kidney).Methods ODS C18(150 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm)was used at 25 ℃,with the mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol·L^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol(65∶35) at a rate of 1 mL·min^-1 and 243 nm as detected wavelength.0.5%(ρ)metaphosphoric acid solution-methanol(80∶20) was used to extract the sample.Results It showed good linearity in the range of 0.005~2.5 μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 2)and the average recovery was 81%,RSD=1.370%(n=6),the limit of detection was 0.005 μg·g-1.Conclusion The method is accurate,sensitive,reproducible and suitable for the laboratory check of clenbuterol.
