| 摘 要： | 目的对国产和进口血竭的化学成分进行初步对比研究,为血竭药材质量控制提供有效的方法。方法利用化学方法、TLC和UV等手段比较国产和进口血竭化学成分的异同。结果国产和进口血竭在TLC色谱行为与UV光谱特征上均存在较大差异。结论常规的化学定性试验不利于区分2种不同的血竭,但TLC和UV法可以将二者区别开来。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the chemical compositions of Chinese and import dragon′s blood to provide basis for the quality control.Methods Chemical tests,UV spectrum and TLC were performed to investigate the differences of total flavones between Chinese and import dragon′s blood.Results There were significant differences in the UV characteristics and chromatographic retention behaviour between Chinese and import dragon′s blood.Conclusion UV spectrum and TLC can differentiate Chinese and import dragon′s blood,but chemical tests can′t. |
