广西甜茶提取物体内抗肿瘤实验研究初探

目的探讨广西甜茶对小鼠肉瘤S180与肝癌H22移植性肿瘤的作用。方法广西甜茶以50%的乙醇提取制得提取物。分别考察提取物对小鼠肉瘤S180和小鼠肝癌H22移植瘤的作用。取肉瘤S180细胞/肝癌H22细胞分别接种于小鼠右前肢腋皮下,随机分为模型对照组、环磷酰胺(CTX)组及甜茶提取物低、中、高(1、3、9 g.kg-1.d-1)3个剂量组。CTX组按20 mg.kg-1.d-1腹腔注射给药,其余各组均灌胃给药,连续给药10 d后,剥离瘤体并称质量,计算抑瘤率,观察体质量、脾脏及胸腺的变化。结果甜茶提取物低、中、高剂量组均对小鼠肉瘤S180或肝癌H22移植瘤有不同程度的抑制作用,其中高剂量组对2种瘤体的抑制作用均显著(P<0.01),且对小鼠体质量、脾脏及胸腺质量均无明显影响。结论广西甜茶提取物对小鼠肉瘤S180与肝癌H22有较明显的体内抑制作用。

Study on the anti-tumor effect of ethanol extracts of Rubus suavissimus in vivo

Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of ethanol extracts of Rubus suavissimus on murine transplanted sarcoma S180 and hepatocarcinoma 22(H22)in vivo.Methods The Rubus suavissimus was extracted with 50% ethanol and tumor inhibitory activities of the extract were tested on sarcoma S180 and hepatocarcinoma 22.The tumor bearing mice were randomly divided into control group,Cyclophosphamide group(CTX),and Rubus suavissimus extract groups(1,3,9 g·kg-1·d-1).CTX was given by peritoneal injection to an amount of 20 mg·kg-1·d-1,and the extract were given through intragastric administration once a day for consecutive 10 days.Tumor growth was observed and separated to calculate the inhibitory rate.Meantime,the body weight,spleen and thymus were also checked.Results The three doses of Rubus suavissimus ethanol extract showed different degree of inhibition to sarcoma S180 and hepatocarcinoma H22,significantly in high dose(9 g·kg-1·d-1,P<0.01).The three doses showed little adverse effect on body weight,spleen and thymus of mice.Conclusion Rubus suavissimus ethanol extract can inhibit the growth of sarcoma S180 and hepatocarcinoma 22.
