大孔树脂AB-8吸附盐酸小檗碱的动力学研究

摘    要:目的研究盐酸小檗碱在大孔树脂AB-8上的吸附动力学行为。方法采用AB-8树脂对盐酸小檗碱进行静态吸附,定时取样分析,研究吸附的动力学特性,分别考察了温度、溶液初始浓度、pH值等因素对吸附过程的影响。结果盐酸小檗碱在AB-8树脂上的吸附趋向于一级动力学过程,吸附速率常数随温度的降低而升高,随初始浓度和溶液pH的升高而增大。结论该研究对盐酸小檗碱原料药的生产具有指导意义,为了提高吸附速率,生产上应适当地降低系统的温度,升高样品的浓度和pH。

Abstract:Objective To study on adsorption kinetics of berberine hydrochloride on AB-8 resin.Methods Static adsorption experiments were carried out to study kinetics properties by periodic sampling.The factors of temperature,initial concentration and pH which affect adsorption process were investigated.Results The adsorption rate appears to be the first order kinetics.And the adsorption rate constants increase with lower temperature,higher initial concentration and pH value.Conclusion The results are significant in guiding the production of APIs.In order to enhance the adsorption rate,it should be appropriate to reduce the system temperature,increase samples' concentration and pH.
