灵芝活性多糖的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的确立水提醇沉法与超声提取法相结合提取灵芝活性多糖的最佳工艺。方法以脾细胞代谢MTT活力为评价指标,采用正交试验对超声时间、水提温度和水提时间等因素进行考察,寻求最佳的提取工艺。结果各因素对灵芝多糖脾细胞代谢MTT活力的影响大小排列为:超声时间〉水提温度〉水提时间,超声时间对灵芝多糖活性影响显著。提取最佳工艺为:超声提取时间20min,水提取温度80℃,水提取时间2h。结论本工艺为提取活性灵芝多糖提供了一定的参考。
