| 摘 要： | 用十种中草药对空肠弯曲菌的粘附抑制作用进行研究,发现盐酸黄连紊对所有实验菌株均有粘附抑制作用;大黄、火炭母、白花蛇舌草、黄柏,对多数实验菌株有粘附抑制作用;柴胡、金银花、鱼腥草、黄芪仅对少数实验菌株有粘附抑制作用;而橄榄则对所有实验菌株均无粘附抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The inhibitory effects of 10 medicinal herbs on the adhesion of Campylobacter Jejuni were studied. The results were as follows:The inhibitory effect of Berberine Hydroloridum was the best one. It inhibited 5 species of Campylobacter Jejuni. The adhesion inhibitory effects of Radix Et Rhizama, Rhei polygnum Chinensel, Cortex phellodeniri and Houttuynia cordata Thunb were relatively poor as compared to that of Berberine Hydrochloridium and they inhibited 4of 5 tested species of Campylobacter Jejuni, Buplerum Chinense, Lonicera japonica Thunb, Hedyotis diffuse willd and Radix Astragdi Seu Hedysari had an effect of inhibitory adhesion on a few Campylobacter specico only. And Burseraceae did not has any adhesive inhibitory effect at all. |
