Erect the notion of modern educational technology to promote the reform of teaching method and artifice

The reform of teaching method and artifice is an important approach to raise the teaching quality,involving the preparation of ideology and materials,and multi-lateral co-ordination.This paper discusses the ideological preparation at different layers in the course of propelling teaching reform,namely the realization of the importance of the notion of modern educational technology,holding the view that only by setting up the notion can the reform of teaching method and artifice be carried out steadily and effectively,the teaching level be raised and the teaching quality be guaranteed.
