| 摘 要： | 采用羧甲基纤维素囊袋法、小鼠氨水引咳法、大鼠气管毛细管引流法等,观察百合固金汤的药理学作用,结果表明百合固金汤对大白鼠蛋清性足肿胀,对醋酸致小白鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高,对ＣＭＣ钠溶液引起大白鼠白细胞游走反应,均有明显的抑制作用,说明百合固金汤有显著的抗炎、镇咳、化痰作用,为本方治疗痰咳等症提供了一定的药理学依据。

| Abstract: | The experimental studies of "bathe gujin tang" show that it could inhibitate significantly the albumen foot inflammation of rats and CPC Na+ solution induced white cell migratory reaction in rats as well as the increasing of celiac capillary permeability in mice. It suggested that "baihe gujin tang" had the actions of dephlogistieation, cough relieving and phlegm adducing, and supplied some pharmacological bases for the clinical heatment of illnesses such as dryness, cough and phlegm etc. |
