| 摘 要： | 采用浓度校正分光光度法对甲硝唑葡萄糖注射渣中5—羟甲基糠醛进行限量检查，测得5—羟甲基糠醛的回收率为98．74％(n=5)，RSD为0．34％，结果准确、可靠、操作简便、分析速度快，适用于医院制剂检验。

| Abstract: | A concentration correction method was
established for the amount limited detection of 5 HMF in Metronidazole glucose injection. The
average recovery was 98.74% with the RSD of 0.34% (n=5) . The method was proved to be useful
and easy to operate for the detection of hospital preparations. |
